These Terms & Conditions apply to the Empowered Life TV website and to resources, digital content, programmes and services supplied through Empowered Life TV.

1. Using Empowered Life TV

By using our website or accessing our resources, you agree to use them lawfully and in accordance with these Terms.

Where you purchase a product or service, additional information shown on the relevant sales or checkout page forms part of your agreement with us.

Nothing in these Terms affects rights you have under applicable consumer law.

2. Personal-development information

Empowered Life TV provides educational and personal-development information concerning subjects including mindset, beliefs, meditation, visualisation, manifestation, spirituality, abundance and human potential.

This material is intended for education and personal development.

It is not medical, psychiatric, psychological, financial, investment, legal or other regulated professional advice and should not be treated as a substitute for appropriate professional assistance where that is required.

You remain responsible for decisions you make and actions you take as a result of using our content.

3. Results and outcomes

People's circumstances and results differ.

We do not guarantee that any meditation, technique, programme, exercise, coaching approach or other Empowered Life TV material will produce a particular personal, emotional, financial, career, relationship or other outcome.

References to abundance, wealth, manifestation, transformation, success or similar concepts describe the subject matter and purpose of our personal-development content. They are not promises or guarantees of financial income or any specific result.

We may provide free meditations, recordings, guides, videos or other resources.

Where you provide an email address specifically to receive one of these resources, we may use that email address to provide the requested resource and necessary delivery communications.

Receiving the resource is not conditional upon agreeing to receive ongoing marketing emails.

Marketing preferences are dealt with separately under our Privacy Policy.

5. Paid digital content and programmes

Some Empowered Life TV content is available for purchase.

Before purchasing, you will be shown the principal characteristics of the product or programme, its price and any other material purchasing information.

Payment must be made through the payment methods available at checkout.

Your order is accepted when we confirm your purchase or provide access to the product, programme or content.

6. Immediate digital access and cancellation rights

UK consumers normally have cancellation rights when purchasing at a distance.

Different rules apply where digital content is supplied immediately.

Where you ask us to provide digital content before the end of the applicable cancellation period, we may ask you to expressly:

1. consent to supply of the digital content beginning immediately; and

2. acknowledge that you will lose your statutory right to cancel once supply of that digital content begins.

Where valid consent and acknowledgement have been given and supply has begun, the statutory cancellation right relating to that digital content may therefore be lost.

If the legal requirements for loss of the cancellation right have not been satisfied, your statutory cancellation rights remain unaffected.

7. Services and coaching

Where we separately sell coaching or another service, you will be given the relevant service description and price before purchasing.

If you are entitled to a statutory cancellation period but specifically ask us to begin providing a service during that period, you may be responsible for the proportion of the service provided before cancellation.

Where a service is fully performed during the cancellation period following the legally required request, consent and acknowledgement, your cancellation right may cease in accordance with applicable law.

8. Refunds and statutory rights

Nothing in these Terms removes or limits your statutory consumer rights.

Digital content supplied to consumers must meet the standards required by applicable consumer law, including where relevant being as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for any particular purpose made known to us.

If content or a service does not meet applicable legal requirements, you may have statutory remedies.

Any additional voluntary refund or guarantee offered for a particular Empowered Life TV product will be stated on the relevant sales page.

9. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, Empowered Life TV content is owned by or licensed to TrustMatch Group Ltd.

This includes videos, audio recordings, meditations, course materials, written content, worksheets, graphics, branding and downloadable resources.

When you obtain access to our material, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use it for your own non-commercial purposes.

You must not, without our written permission:

reproduce or redistribute our paid content;

sell, sublicense or commercially exploit our material;

share account or programme access with other people;

publish substantial parts of our material elsewhere;

remove ownership, copyright or branding notices; or

represent our material as your own.

10. Website availability

We aim to keep our website and digital resources reasonably available, but uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed.

We may carry out maintenance, replace technology, update programmes or make reasonable changes where necessary.

11. Third-party services and links

Our website may contain links to websites or services operated by third parties.

Those services are outside our direct control and may operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

A link does not necessarily mean that we endorse every statement, product or service provided by the third party.

12. Acceptable use

You must not use our website, accounts, programmes or resources:

to interfere with security or operation of our systems;

to attempt unauthorised access;

Our products and services are supplied principally for personal and consumer use. We are not responsible for business losses arising from use of consumer products where the law permits such exclusion.

Changes will not retrospectively remove rights that have already arisen under an existing consumer contract.

If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you retain any mandatory consumer rights and jurisdiction available to you under applicable law.
