These are the steps I followed to achieve this.

The first step in reprogramming your subconscious mind is to identify the negative thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that are holding you back. These could be anything from negative self-talk to limiting beliefs that you've internalized over time. Once you identify these blocks, you'll be better equipped to tackle them.
