I started EmpoweredLife TV in 2013 - back before "personal development on YouTube" was really a category people talked about. I wasn't trying to build a business. I was just genuinely interested in why some people seem able to change their lives in a way other's can't, no matter how much they already know.
One video i made early on - about how the subconscious mind actually forms belief - ended up reaching far more people than I expected. It's still the video that produces most people to EmpoweredLife TV today, over a decade later.
At some people, I stepped away from it for a while. That's true, and I'm not going to pretend otherwise but this page isn't the place to unpack all of why. What matters more is what I realised on the way back:

That's not a slogan I picked because it sounded good. It's the actualy difference between the work I do here and other work I've done... the difference between talking about something because you're genuinely fascinated by it, and talking about something because it's your job to.
I dont' believe I've got every answer. I don't believe positive thinking magically removes every problem, and I'm not interested in pretending life is something it isn't.
What I do believe is that most of us are carrying around beliefs, expectations and self-imposed limits we picked up somewhere along the way and never seriously questioned, and that questioning them properly, not just reading about questioning them, is where actual change starts.
That's the whole premise of everything on this site.
